Your data, plainly explained.

When you use a diagnostic, request the weekly breakdowns, or book a strategy call, I collect only what is needed to respond and prepare the conversation: your contact details, the assumptions you submit, and basic source context.

Why it is used

Diagnostic and booking data is used to prepare and deliver the requested conversation. Email nurture is used only when you check the marketing-consent box. The booking system creates a Google Calendar invitation when you confirm a time.

Where it is stored

The lead record is stored in a self-hosted CRM operated for this site. Calendar events are stored in Google Calendar, and email delivery uses the configured SMTP mailbox. Temporary migration mirrors may include the existing spreadsheet and notification channel.

Retention and your choices

Records are reviewed during normal operating work and deleted when they are no longer needed for the requested relationship or when a valid deletion request is received. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses local storage for a non-identifying tool-unlock flag and an anonymous calculator continuity ID. It does not store your email in the unlock flag.
