Free ads account audit
Your ROAS looks fine. Your bank account disagrees.
Spend is up and revenue is flat. Or the cost per lead keeps climbing and the platform's explanation makes no sense. I open your ad account, find the 3 biggest leaks, and email you the fixes in priority order. No call required.
FREE · BY EMAIL · READ-ONLY ACCESS · NO CALL
You have seen this week before
The numbers stopped making sense.
Add to carts and checkouts fire, but sales are not generating. You raised the budget and ROAS got worse. The pixel looks like it is working, yet half the conversions never show up. You go back and forth with platform support for days and never get an explanation that makes sense.
Everyone will tell you the market got expensive, or the algorithm needs more data. Wrong. In almost every account I open, the money leaks in a few specific places nobody is looking at. Each leak has a name and a number. Finding them is the audit.
What you get
Four things land in your inbox.
Each one named, with a number attached: where the money goes out and how much.
Sized by money impact, written so your own team can execute it. You keep it either way.
Whether the numbers you make decisions on can be trusted, and what to repair first if they can't.
Me inside your data, so you see the reasoning behind every call, and how I'd fix it.
Delivered by email within 5 business days of getting access. Read-only access only. There is no call anywhere in the process.
The deal
Why the audit costs nothing.
Auditing accounts is how I find clients. Most people take the fixes and run them alone. Fine. A few want my hands in the account, and those become the brands I work with. That is the deal, and it is why the audit costs nothing.
Your side of the risk: two minutes to apply and an email address. Access is read-only, so I can look and I cannot touch. There is no call to sit through and nothing to cancel. The fix list is yours to keep whether we ever speak again or not. And if I open the account and find nothing worth fixing, I will say exactly that, in one email.
You have probably had a free audit before. A screenshare where someone reads your own dashboard back to you, and the findings turn out to be a pitch deck. This one arrives as work product in your inbox, and you can revoke my access the same day.
Proof first
I audit with the same eyes that produced these numbers.
Skincare · Ecommerce
+1,400% transactions · 6.7x ROAS · €12.90 CPA
A store that scaled once tracking told the truth.
Education · Lead gen
-79.5% CPL · 17,362 leads · 7x ROAS
Cost per lead down 79.5% while volume climbed.
Lighting · Ecommerce
+600% turnover · 4.3x ROAS
Turnover multiplied on the same catalog, market by market.
$3M+ ad spend managed · $50M+ revenue generated
All numbers from live accounts I run with the Webgas team in Naples. Nothing here is a projection.
What happens next
From application to audit, step by step.
Three short steps, about two minutes. Spend range, platforms, your site, and what the account is doing that makes no sense.
I read every application myself. You get either the access steps or a straight answer that it is not a fit. Never silence.
A Google Ads read-only invite, Meta partner access, GA4 viewer. Takes a few minutes, and you can revoke it the day the audit lands.
One email. The 3 leaks with numbers, the fix list in priority order, the tracking verdict, the walkthrough video. It takes 5 days because I go through the account by hand.
Run the fixes with your own team, or fix them with me. The list is yours either way.
Fair questions
Things you are right to ask.
Why is it free? What is the catch?
Audits are how I find clients. A few of the people who get one want my hands in the account afterward, and those become the brands I work with. That pays for everyone else's audit. There is no catch to find, the whole mechanism is in that sentence.
Will you pitch me on a call?
There is no call anywhere in the process. The audit arrives by email. At the end of that email there is one line about how we could work together, with one link. That is the entire pitch. Read it or skip it.
What access do you need?
Read-only, always. Google Ads: you invite my email with read-only access. Meta: partner access with the analyst role. GA4: viewer. I cannot change a setting or move a budget. Revoke everything the day the audit lands if you want.
What happens to my data?
The audit stays between us. Your numbers go to nobody, and the access gets revoked the day the audit lands if you want. If your market clashes with an account I already run, I tell you and pass on the audit.
My account is small. Is it worth applying?
Under €5k a month the audit is usually overkill. Sometimes I take one anyway when the application shows an obvious structural leak, so apply if the numbers genuinely make no sense. Otherwise the free tools will get you further faster.
I run lead gen, not a store. Does this work for me?
Yes. A large share of my work is lead gen. The education client above cut cost per lead by 79.5% across 17,362 leads at 7x ROAS. In ecommerce the leaks live in feeds and tracking. In lead gen they live in form flows, lead quality and offline conversion tracking. Different leaks, same method.
What happens after the audit?
The fix list is written so your team can run it without me. Many do exactly that. If you want the fixes done together, the next step is the Monday call: $100, one call a week, described on the Work with me page. The audit email mentions it once, at the end. There are no other steps and no sequence of upsells.
The application
Tell me about the account.
Three steps, about two minutes. The questions exist because I cannot audit an account I know nothing about.
PS. Worst case, you get a stranger's honest read on your account for nothing. Best case, you stop a leak this month.
Not ready to apply?
Read me for a while.
One paid-ads teardown a week, straight from the live accounts I run. Read it in five minutes, know what to change. Free, and you can leave anytime.
